The daily processing capacity of a single production line has exceeded 200 tons, with an efficiency increase of 30% compared to traditional processes. On the one hand, by setting up more than 500 recycling stations in communities and supermarkets, as well as collection points for waste plastics from port ships, and collaborating with over 2,000 recycled resource enterprises, an intelligent recycling network of "online appointment + offline collection and transportation" has been formed. It can recycle over 50,000 tons of marine plastic waste, agricultural films, etc. annually. On the other hand, a targeted supply mechanism has been established with downstream enterprises such as new energy vehicle manufacturers and packaging manufacturers. The recycled plastic pellets produced can replace 60% of the original petroleum-based raw materials. Every 10,000 tons of recycled plastics can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 25,000 tons, which is equivalent to planting 130,000 fir trees.
