1. Empowering with Full-process Technology to Solve the Problems in Plastic RecyclingThe giant crusher is transforming tons of "bulky" waste items such as plastic barrels, fishing nets, and packaging materials into clean particles. After more than 10 processes including intelligent sorting, high-temperature cleaning, and modified granulation, these particles eventually become high-end recycled plastic pellets that can be used in the production of food-grade packaging, auto parts, and outdoor products. By introducing imported sorting equipment from Germany and a self-developed stepped heating system, the removal rate of plastic impurities can reach over 95%. The daily processing capacity of a single production line has exceeded 200 tons, with an efficiency increase of 30% compared to traditional processes. "We have not only achieved the 'physical recycling' of waste plastics, but also, through chemical modification technology, enabled the performance of recycled plastics to reach 80% of that of virgin materials, meeting the application requirements of high-end fields."

2. Building a Circular Economy Ecosystem and Activating the Driving Force for Green DevelopmentA collaborative system of the entire industrial chain featuring "collection network — centralized processing — high-value utilization" has been established. On the one hand, by setting up more than 500 recycling stations in communities and supermarkets, as well as collection points for waste plastics from port ships, and collaborating with over 2,000 recycled resource enterprises, an intelligent recycling network of "online appointment + offline collection and transportation" has been formed. It can recycle over 50,000 tons of marine plastic waste, agricultural films, etc. annually. On the other hand, a targeted supply mechanism has been established with downstream enterprises such as new energy vehicle manufacturers and packaging manufacturers. The recycled plastic pellets produced can replace 60% of the original petroleum-based raw materials. Every 10,000 tons of recycled plastics can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 25,000 tons, which is equivalent to planting 130,000 fir trees.
