Huizhou Tianhong Machinery Manufacturing company is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the main product is plastic melt no-wire filter, we have several senior no-wire filter design engineers and commissioning technicians, who are familiar with all kinds of plastic recycling production equipment and production process.

Our main TL model no-wire filter, converted the  traditional flat plate type into the cylinder type, the appearance of volume and filter weight compared to the plate type reduced by more than 50%, the filter area and the number of filter pores than the plate type 3 to 5 times. It has realized high precision filtering requirements such as 60 mesh, 80 mesh and 100 mesh. The thickness of filter plate is reduced to 2 mm from 8 mm of plate type, and the deformation problem of 2 mm plate processing is solved by combining with international advanced processing technology, and the density of the filter micropore arrangement ranks among international advanced level.

Our products have been used in PE, PP, ABS, EPS, XPS, PS, PET, PVC and other types of plastic recycling granulation production line. PE pipe, aluminum plastic plate, extruded plastic plate and other types of sheet production lines are also being used simultaneously and promoted to reduce manual labor intensity, reduce the use of traditional filter material, significantly reduce production costs and improve economic efficiency for customers.
